SMS Terms

Last updated: September 19, 2026

These terms apply to the Erudite SMS program. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Erudite at the mobile number you provide, consistent with the consent you give when subscribing.

What messages you may receive

Depending on your opt-in and relationship with Erudite, messages may include marketing updates and offers, service updates and reminders, replies to your inquiries, and updates about projects from our team. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You should only subscribe using a number you own or are authorized to use.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your subscriptions, projects, and interactions with our team.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard charges and plan terms apply to messages you send or receive. Contact your carrier if you have questions about your plan.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any Erudite text message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After that, you will no longer receive messages from that SMS program unless you opt in again.

If you have trouble opting out, contact james@outbounderleads.io. Please also let us know if you change or give up the mobile number you used to subscribe.

How to get help

Reply HELP to an Erudite text message for assistance, or email james@outbounderleads.io with questions about the SMS program.

Privacy and consent

We do not sell or share phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers that deliver messages on our behalf may process this information to provide those services.

Read our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

Delivery and availability

Message delivery depends on your carrier, network, and device. Delivery is not guaranteed, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use this SMS program for emergencies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms or change or discontinue the SMS program. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. Material changes to the scope of messaging consent will require any additional consent required by applicable law. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
