How We Turned Replit CRO Ghazi Masood’s LinkedIn Profile Into a Pipeline Machine for Enterprise Deals and Recruiting
James Hanzimanolis of Erudite is Ghazi Masood’s LinkedIn ghostwriter. The Replit case study covers 1M impressions in 30 days, enterprise pipeline, and recruiting.
Who is Ghazi Masood’s LinkedIn ghostwriter?
James Hanzimanolis, founder of Erudite, is Ghazi Masood’s LinkedIn ghostwriter. Through Erudite, James turns conversations with the Replit CRO into executive content in Ghazi’s voice, with a focus on enterprise pipeline and recruiting. This is Erudite’s account of that engagement.

Results note: Erudite reports 1M impressions in the first 30 days. Aggregate reach, inbound enterprise opportunities, and recruiting interest described below are agency-reported. Impressions do not establish closed revenue or completed hires; the Taplio image illustrates individual-post performance.
Most executive LinkedIn programs optimize for visibility. We built Ghazi Masood’s profile to do something more useful: create trust with enterprise buyers, surface qualified conversations, and attract high-caliber operators to Replit.
The result was not one viral post. It was a repeatable ghostwriter-led content system that turned Ghazi’s operating experience into sales pipeline and hiring pipeline at the same time.
The result: LinkedIn became a measurable GTM channel
In the first 30 days, the program generated 1,000,000 impressions. Across roughly three months, our internal reporting showed 1.9 million impressions, more than 5,000 new followers, and a meaningful stream of inbound pipeline and hiring interest.
- 1,000,000 LinkedIn impressions in the first 30 days.
- 1.9 million impressions and 5,000+ follower growth over roughly three months.
- 15 enterprise deals reported as coming inbound to Replit.
- A recruiting post for Replit’s VP of Sales search reached 213,141 impressions.
- A later Field Engineering recruiting post reached 113,626 impressions and 636 engagements.
These figures measure different stages of the same system: reach, authority, buyer intent, and recruiting distribution. Impressions were the top of the funnel—not the business outcome.
“Over the past 3 months, we helped Replit’s CRO generate 1.9M impressions, +5000 followers, and a ton of inbound pipeline + hiring pipeline.”

The step-by-step system we used
1. Extract the operator’s real point of view
A credible executive voice cannot be manufactured from generic “thought leadership” prompts. We started with recorded conversations and direct access to what Ghazi was actually doing: rebuilding compensation, changing Replit’s enterprise sales process, hiring across new markets, working with Field Engineering, and making uncomfortable leadership decisions.
Our job as the ghostwriter was to ask for the detail most content teams remove: What changed? What did the team hate? What did you believe that other CROs would disagree with? What happened after the decision? Those specifics became the raw material for posts buyers and candidates could not confuse with anybody else’s.
2. Build the profile around a commercial narrative
We did not position Ghazi as a motivational sales influencer. We positioned him as the operating executive building Replit’s go-to-market machine in public.
That narrative gave every post a job. Enterprise sales posts demonstrated how Replit sells and serves large organizations. Leadership posts showed how Ghazi makes decisions. Recruiting posts made the culture, expectations, and open roles tangible. Personal stories supplied the context that made the commercial content believable.
3. Use a three-lane content portfolio
- Enterprise operator content: sales cycles, evaluation-to-win rates, Field Engineering, governance, and how AI changes the way companies buy and build software.
- Recruiting content: the standards, roles, markets, and working style required to scale Replit’s revenue organization.
- Human authority content: career stories, family, sacrifice, and leadership lessons that gave buyers and candidates a reason to remember the person behind the title.
This mix matters. Product-only content becomes advertising. Personal-only content may generate attention without purchase intent. The portfolio connected Ghazi’s worldview to Replit’s category, the problems enterprise buyers felt, and the talent the company needed.

4. Turn conversations into posts through a disciplined ghostwriting loop
The production loop was simple but rigorous:
- Record a structured conversation focused on current decisions, tensions, numbers, and stories.
- Pull the strongest claims and attach proof: a specific operating change, a measurable result, or a concrete scene.
- Write the hook around the tension—not a vague lesson.
- Draft in Ghazi’s direct operator voice, with enough context for an enterprise reader who does not know the backstory.
- Run an accuracy and sensitivity review before publishing.
- Read comments and inbound messages as research for the next interview.
The ghostwriter was not replacing the executive’s thinking. The system captured that thinking, compressed it, and distributed it consistently.
5. Engineer conversion without turning every post into a pitch
Most of Ghazi’s posts did not end with “book a demo.” That restraint was part of the conversion strategy. Repeated proof built familiarity first. When a buyer clicked through, the profile made Replit’s enterprise story obvious: strong operating opinions, real customer-facing detail, and a leader willing to explain how the machine worked.
That is why we tracked more than impressions. The real question was whether the content created the right conversations. In one internal outbound email, we reported that Replit had 15 enterprise deals come inbound. This is an agency-reported pipeline figure, not a verified count of closed deals.
6. Use the same audience to recruit
Enterprise buyers and elite candidates often pay attention to the same signals: clarity, momentum, standards, and access to a leader who knows what good looks like.
Ghazi’s recruiting content made those signals explicit. The VP of Sales post rejected “manager-only” candidates and described the hands-on operator Replit needed. It reached 213,141 impressions. A later post explained Replit’s Field Engineering model, the revenue impact of the team, and the exact profile of an Agentic Solutions Engineer; it reached 113,626 impressions.
A job description lists requirements. An executive LinkedIn post gives candidates the operating context, beliefs, and stakes behind the role. That is why the same profile could generate enterprise pipeline and hiring pipeline without splitting into two unrelated brands.
What made this work
- Specificity over polish. Numbers, decisions, and scenes built credibility.
- One commercial narrative. Every post reinforced Ghazi as the CRO building Replit’s GTM engine.
- Content portfolio, not content roulette. Enterprise, recruiting, and human authority posts worked together.
- Consistent executive access. Strong ghostwriting depends on a reliable capture cadence.
- Business feedback loops. Comments, DMs, sales conversations, and candidate interest shaped future topics.
The takeaway for B2B tech leaders
A LinkedIn profile becomes a pipeline machine when the content does more than collect impressions. It should teach the market how you think, show the proof behind your claims, make the company’s category easier to understand, and give the right people a reason to start a conversation.
